The Grounds

Out the front door to the left is the pebbled path along the meandering Armançon River with its stock of busy ducks and hungry trout. Continuing left for a short stroll the road leads to the fully enclosed locked parking garage which opens up to the patio, vineyard and orchard garden totaling 1635 square meters. When in season, help yourself to the fresh apples, plums, pears, peaches, cherries, quince, strawberries, currants, raspberries, gooseberries, and Gamay wine grapes. You are also welcome to cut flowers for your table.

There are outdoor tables, chairs and a BBQ for your use during picnic season. The orchard and patio boast spectacular views to compliment a family meal al fresco or restful reading. For the intrepid fisherman, the garden abounds with fat, juicy worms and a fishing pole can be easily fashioned with a hook, line and bobber purchased in town and tied to a long stick.
